Program Coordinator Zaida Agreda, a native of Bolivia, obtained a degree in Social Communications from the Bolivian Catholic University in La Paz. Zaida worked as a reporter for 10 years at Bolivia’s largest television network, gathering the news and keeping the public informed about important political, social, and justice events. Zaida is the 2005 recipient of a national Bolivian award as best television reporter. She is a native Spanish speaker and practiced English at the Multicultural Center after moving to the United States. Zaida is also a certified medical interpreter. As the Program Coordinator, she assists with all programs, provides translation and interpretation services, and assists in case management and coordination of services.
